Lessons, Homeschool Program and Camps

If you are looking for a low-key, no pressure "do it at your own pace" learning environment, then Beech Grove Farm is for you.  We specialize in all beginner riders (youth to adult) evaluating each rider to structure a program for your individual needs.

Our goal to educate our students to become horseman, not just someone that can ride on a horse.  Your lesson will cover equine physcology, bio mechanics of the horse and rider, as well as how to communicate with your mount.  This will help you build the confidence and skills to go where you want to go whether that's a horse-backed trek across America or competing successfully in a local show.

If you're looking for a change of pace from just riding in circles, then let us help you create a strategy to become a more skilled rider.  Your mount is only as good as you can communicate with it.  We will take the time to make sure that you understand what all of the terms used in your lessons really mean and help you to know where your mounts feet should be at all times so you can time your cues to achieve perfection.  Together we will better your skills so you can reach your potential and obtain the satisfaction of what you have accomplished through hard work and dedication.

We offer private and semi-private lessons.

All new students are required to take a one hour private lesson for placement purposes.
  • All riders must wear HEELED riding boots or shoes.
  • Helmets are available for use.

Pricing is for private one on one lesson.  Group Lesson may be available, call to request.
Please call 410-320-3330 for rates.
